2. Is it better to hire a pet sitter or use a boarding service?
While some dogs enjoy boarding, almost all cats and many dogs feel safer and happier staying at home, where they’re surrounded by familiar sights and smells. Pet sitting avoids the stress of boarding facilities and provides one-on-one care tailored to your pet’s needs.
3. Can I keep the same sitter every time?
Once we’ve matched you with an ideal sitter, we always try to keep the same person caring for your pet. This helps your pet feel comfortable and build a bond with someone they know and trust.
However, sometimes it may not be possible to keep the same sitter (due to scheduling, holidays, or emergencies). In those cases, we’ll ensure a proper handover of your pet’s profile, so the new sitter is fully informed about your pet’s needs, routine, and personality.
If your pet is shy or wary of new people, we can also introduce the new sitter to your pet in your presence to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.
4. Can you take care of my sick pet? Can you are you trained to give medication?
Yes! Our team is trained in first aid for cats and dogs and skilled in administering medications. Additionally, some of our sitters are trained to give injections when needed.
5. Can you stay with my dog overnight?
Yes, we offer overnight care from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, which includes both an evening and a morning walk. You can also add a midday visit to give your dog an extra walk. Be sure to explore our full range of services, including hourly care, intensive care, and emergency visits.

7. Can I book a last minute catsitter or dogwalker?
Yes! While we do prefer at least 24 hours’ notice to plan the best care for your pets, we understand that unexpected situations can come up. That’s why we offer an emergency last-minute booking service (with an additional fee).
